Maserati , the luxurious auto makers have this year two trims — Maserati Quattroporte and Maserati GranTurismo, which are the revised versions of earlier Maserati’s. Both the trims have a grandeur appearance and more advanced features than its earlier versions.

The Maserati Quattroporte and Maserati GranTurismo has a long pointed hood, arching fenders, high belt line, low front overhangs and a prominent grille. All this have only added the grandeur of both the Maserati trims. Just like the exterior, the interior also comes up with all luxury. Leather and wood is what makes the inside. While four persons can travel in Maserati GranTurismo, five persons can luxuriously sit in the Maserati Quattroporte.

Coming to engine, the Maserati GranTurismo comes with a 4.2 Litre V 8 engine. Having a 405 horse power and a torque of 339 lbs at 4,750 rpm, the Maserati              GranTurismo can accelerate to a speed of 177 miles per hour. Coming to Maserati Quattroporte, the base model comes in 4.2 Litre V 8 engine and the S model comes in 4.7 L V 8 engine. Both the models have a 400 Horsepower and a torque of 339 @ 4750 rpm (base model) and 361 @ 4750 rpm (S model). A six-speed auto transmission is adapted in both the trims.

Well, both the trims are very comfortable to drive on the roads with the electronically controlled Skyhook suspension; once can drive through any road. On the vehicles’ safety, they have good grip on the roads and come up with the most sophisticated breaking system, including ALBs and a stability system (electronic). There is also enough wheel base that adds to the smooth drive on any roads.

Apart from this they have air bags on the side and front, which helps reducing the impact during collisions.
While the Maserati GranTurismo comes only in one model, the Maserati Quattroporte comes in three models – Sport GTS S, Sport GTS and executive GTS.

Well, all the trims come with front/rear power seats, navigation system, climate control and power shade control (rear). The music system is also splendid, with the latest system, including Bose musical system.
