Audi is all set to take part in the competitive market for coupes with their newest launch, Audi A7 Coupe. The car manufacturer will be releasing this excellent series of coupes in the market very soon. There has been news that Audi A7 will be made available to general public in year 2009. It has been reported that the car is being brought out to give some stiff competition to the Mercedes-Benz CLS. The car is expected to be a redesigned version of the Audi A6.

2009 Audi A7 Coupe is supposed to have the modular MHB architecture developed by the carmaker. The MHB architecture allows the coupe to have a good balance of the rear and front weight to make room for better handling of the car.

In the MHB architecture, the transmission system is placed on to the front. It is kept in the front of the front wheels. The engine in the Audi A7 has been moved a little to the back. This arrangement makes the handling of the car sportier. It is believed that Audi A7 would have a pricing that would be midway between that of the Audi A6 and Audi A8. The size of the car is also believed to be in between the same models of Audi.

The engine that will be used in Audi A7 will be hugely dependent on the prices of petrol and other related factors in the year of its release.
